Information on the site
We take care to describe every car accurately — its history, specification, condition and mileage — from the documentation available to us and our own inspection. Descriptions, photographs and figures are provided for information only and do not form part of any contract. Specifications quoted are the manufacturer's for that model and may differ on the individual car. Please verify anything that matters to you during a viewing or inspection before you commit.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in CAD unless otherwise stated, exclude applicable taxes, registration and delivery, and may change without notice. A car marked as available may be reserved or sold at any moment; a listing on this site is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell.
Enquiries, reservations and sales
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a car. A reservation is confirmed only in writing, once a deposit has been received, and a sale is complete only when the full purchase price has cleared and a bill of sale has been signed. Deposits are held against that car and returned in full if the sale does not proceed for reasons on our side. Any inspection by an independent specialist is welcome and is arranged at the buyer's expense before purchase.
Consignment
If you ask us to sell a car on your behalf, the fees, duration and conditions of that consignment are set out in a separate written agreement. Nothing on this site commits either party until that agreement is signed.
Intellectual property
The photographs, text, design and trademarks on this site belong to Frank & Matt Studio Auto or its licensors. You may share links to our pages freely, but you may not reproduce our photographs or descriptions, including on other listing sites, without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Frank & Matt Studio Auto is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, from reliance on the information it contains, or from any interruption in its availability. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

How we handle the details you send us is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Montreal, Quebec. Any dispute is brought before the courts of that jurisdiction.
